Driven by a strong vocation to produce Nebbiolo grapes for Barolo, Azienda Agricola Bussìa Soprana was founded in 1992 by Silvano Casiraghi. Already initially it acquired some of the best land located in the famous locality from which it takes its name. In 1995, with the entry of Guido Rossi, another farmhouse in the Mosconi locality was merged and in 1999 followed by the Gabutti della Bussìa farmhouse.
Currently the farm covers about 20 hectares (all owned and all located in the communes of Monforte d'Alba and Castiglione Falletto) in historical locations for the production of Nebbiolo da Barolo grapes. Among the most prestigious vineyards we have: Vigna Colonnello, Vigna Gabutti della Bussìa, Mosconi and Bussìa.
Thirty years dedicated to the pursuit of excellence.
