Ser Gervasio Toscana IGT Merlot is a red wine dedicated to the founder Gervasio, a man of great passion for wine and beauty.

Made from 100% Merlot, this wine ages one year in small oak barrels and six months in glass, developing an intense ruby red colour with violet hues.

On the nose, rich and typical aromas emerge, reflecting the family's winemaking heritage.

With a well-balanced structure and a long persistence, Ser Gervasio is perfect to accompany robust and traditional dishes, offering a complete sensory experience for convivial moments and important meals.

San Gimignano is a hill town in Tuscany located south-west of Florence. Surrounded by 13th century walls, the fulcrum of its historic centre is Piazza della Cisterna, a triangular square flanked by medieval houses. In the skyline of medieval towers stands out the Torre Grossa in stone. In San Gimignano, Pietraserena develops on both sides of the hill, in the north-north-east direction. 
Since 1966 the farm estates have experienced a constant territorial expansion, starting from the initial 7 hectares up to the current extension of about 42 hectares. Being in the heart of the municipality of San Gimignano, the main grape variety at the beginning was of course Vernaccia di San Gimignano, the first wine to obtain the DOC in Italy. Subsequently, Sangiovese was planted, the main grape variety of Tuscany and of Italy as a whole, and which in our farm gives life to our most representative "crus", Caulio and Poggio al Vento. 
Each vineyard, delimited and circumscribed, has its own distinctive name, from which we draw the grapes that are vinified separately. The wine obtained is used to make the various blends that have always characterized our bottles.
