. Our experiences are a real journey into the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, discovering the unspoiled nature of La Maliosa, where you can immerse yourself in its most authentic essence. We will begin with a walk stopping at a vineyard, and then reach a vantage point from which to enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. During the walk, our experienced staff will guide you to discover the historic varieties used for our wines, explaining the production process and the Corino Method, which leads each of our choices in creating natural wine and organic EVO oil. We will then move to the tasting room, where, in a warm and cozy atmosphere, you can taste 2 of our natural wines, accompanied by a selection of cheeses from the Caseificio di Sorano e Manciano and the handcrafted sliced meats we have selected from the local area. The homemade bread, from stone-ground flours, will accompany the tasting of our organic EVO oil, derived from the cold pressing of Tuscan cultivars. The tasting will be conducted by a farm expert who will be ready to guide you in this sensory experience, also available to answer any of your doubts or curiosities. At La Maliosa Farm, we organize picnics in specially equipped areas, with spectacular views of the hills of the Tuscan Maremma. Enjoy a basket full of delicacies: every two people will receive a bottle of our natural red wine, along with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, sliced Tuscan bread, a crispy pizza, our organic EVO oil, artisanal cookies and water.
