A magnificent pairing in Franciacorta with theguided tour of Bornato Castle, its garden, the Renaissance villa with its frescoed rooms, the walkway in the basement, the tower with its private chapel, and the ancient wine cellar where the castle's wine was produced until 2000. Here in the evocative surroundings the degustation of a glass of Franciacorta Castello di Bornato and the possibility of buying wines.
Followed by a lunch in the former stables of the castle attached to the walls and surrounded by vineyards at the Ristorante La Dama Bianca.
Menu consisting of earthy appetizer, a traditional Brescian main course, house dessert, 1 bottle of Curtefranca Rosso or Curtefranca Bianco wine for every 2 people, water and coffee.

You will see the towers, the hight walls and relive the atmosphere of cruel mediaeval battles and, inside the Villa, the splendor of the Italian Renaissance. A spectacular view of the plain of Lombardy to the South and the Prealps to the North. The same view that Dante Alighieri, many times a visitor here, greaty appreciated.

In occasione delle giornate "cantine aperte" ho scelto di visitare il castello di Bornato ed è stata una vera sorpresa.
La guida che ci ha accompagnato nel tour guidato al castello è stata eccezionale: preparata e per niente noiosa.
Al castello si respira un'atmosfera unica, suggestiva e di pace.
Si percepisce che la famiglia e il team sono in perfetta armonia e rendono l'ambiente accogliente e piacevole
Vino ottimo e una vera chicca!

Siamo arrivati in questo posto è subito siamo stati avvolti nell’ atmosfera magica del castello, grazie anche agli entusiasmanti racconti del professore che ci ha accompagnati per tutto il percorso. Vino di buona qualità e anche il pranzo al ristorante la Dama bianca è’ stato di nostro gradimento . Consigliato

è stata una gita di famiglia 10 adulti e una teenager dai 95 agli 12 anni e Lorenzo, la guida ci ha affascinato tutti, era molto preparato, ci siamo sentiti amati. luogo stupendo e ben tenuto. pranzo alla dama bianca buonissimo. da rifare
