Founded in 1981 by the brothers Maiolini, heirs of the vineyards (the highest in the Franciacorta) that Valentino worked in the 1960s, the cellar now produces about 150,000 bottles per year of Franciacorta, with a minimum maturation of 3 years and with Bits of over 10 in the best vintages
