Our cellar
A family-run farm, Le Cantorie is located at the top of the beautiful hills on the eastern edge of Franciacorta.
Today it has more than 12 hectares of hilly vineyards, where Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are cultivated with passion to give life to fine classic method sparkling wines of different types, while red grapes are at the origin of the production of valuable reserves.
The structure of the winery, with an eighteenth-century atmosphere, presents an architecture of particular finesse and elegance, with walls covered with local stones worked by hand and obtained directly from the hill where the vineyards grow. Ancient and modern contrast, creating an evocative setting between termo-conditioned steel tanks, large stacks and oak barrels for the aging of wine, all surrounded by a framework of stone, rock and wood.

Passion Four Goblets
Dopo la strada che si inerpica sulla collina, si arriva alla tenuta Le Cantorie e si apre un bel panorama sui vigneti. Accoglienza da parte di una delle proprietarie, ragazza vivace e appassionata che illustra la storia della cantina, gestita interamente da donne, la filosofia sottesa, gli sforzi per farla crescere e le soddisfazioni finora ottenute. Racconto intrecciato con ricordi di infanzia che rendono la visita più intima.
Degustazione di 4 calici di vino a scelta accompagnati da un piatto di appetizer gustoso ma, a parere mio, da aumentare o suddividere in due tranche, in modo da permettere l'accompagnamento con tutti i vini. Location molto articolata aperta a matrimoni ed eventi.

Bellissima location in cima alla collina con vista sui vigneti terrazzati. Vini bianchi di ottima qualità e con mia sorpresa ho potuto degustare anche dei rossi fantastici accompagnati da ottimi prodotti locali. Fantastica anche l'accoglienza delle proprietarie che gestiscono la cantina con amore e professionalità. Visita consigliatissima!

quello che colpisce subito è la stradina che con pendenze proibitive si inerpica fino a questo posto davvero sul cucuzzolo. Ma quando arrivi rimani a bocca aperta, location da sogno davvero, bellissimo. La visità è organizzata in gruppi davvero molto numerosi ma la ragazza con mestria riesce a gestire molto bene la cosa e spiega in maniera davvero chiara. Brava lei. La degustazione assomiglia a un matrimonio ma la location rende il tutto davvero bello. Vini interessanti alcuni meno altri, apprezzato il fatto che propongano anche i loro vini rossi. Cibo non autoctono ma decente. Bel posto, da vedere.
