The Azienda Agricola Vitivinicola Casa Garello is located in a hilly position just a few metres from the thermal centre of Salice Terme.
A bucolic world and a passion three centuries old handed down from three generations allow the birth of quality wines.
Casa Garello preserves the ancient agricultural traditions handed down from grandfather Carlo, source of inspiration and wisdom, great philanthropist, in love with his land.
In respect of nature and ancient traditions we produce red, white and sparkling wines with the typical grapes of Oltrepò Pavese.
The excellence of the house are Bonarda, Croatina, Pinot Noir vinified in white, Rosso Oltrepò and Barbera.
From the vine to the bunch, up to the labeled and bottled bottle, the whole chain is followed by Casa Garello in our company and the grapes are harvested by hand.
The experience includes a guided tour of the winery with the sommelier or winemaker and a tasting of four of our most representative wines, accompanied by two traditional Oltrepò cold hors d'oeuvres that will vary according to seasonality and a hot appetizer, usually a rustic vegetable pie. We end with a mouth-watering dessert typical of the area.
