The tasting offers a true sensory journey to discover a natural monument: the Bellussera, a cultivation system based on a radial system that develops about 3 meters above the ground, the visit to the Chiesetta del Carmine and the Torre di Rai, and the visit to the winery. The rows embroider the land like lace, creating a green cathedral. The itinerary includes a walk under the Bellussera and a visit to the winery. The tasting includes 6 wines produced from the vineyards cultivated in Bellussera: Lemoss, a wine with sediment inspired by ancient peasant gestures; Marzemina Bianca Brut and Manzoni Rosa Extra Dry, sparkling wines from rare native varieties; Nina Manzoni Bianco Piave DOC; Iconema Piave DOC and our Notti di Luna Piena Raboso Malanotte DOCG. The tasting will be accompanied by typical local products (cold cuts, cheeses, and breadsticks)*.

A stone's throw from the river Piave, in the fertile Treviso countryside, in Rai di San Polo di Piave, is the Ca' di Rajo winery (Rajo is the ancient name of Rai). A history of winemakers linked to the territory by a double thread.
The farm is surrounded by 90 hectares of vineyards, an ancient church dating back to 1300 and an ancient tower of the tenth century, the Torre si Rai.
The winery, led by the Cecchetto family, is committed to enhancing the value of the local people and safeguarding the Bellussere, an ancient method of vine cultivation and a unique example of landscape architecture. This form of vine cultivation was developed at the end of the 19th century.
It provides for a large sixth planting where wooden poles of about 4 meters in height are connected by iron wires arranged in rays. Developed mainly in the Veneto, the Bellussera is now in danger of extinction because of its high maintenance costs: from pruning to harvesting, everything is done by hand, on a raised floor.
Among the productions of Ca' di Rajo there are: Prosecco Superiore Millesimato Docg Valdobbiadene in Brut and Extra Dry versions, Prosecco Doc Treviso, Malanotte Docg, Raboso Piave Doc, Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot.
To these are added Marzemina Bianca and Manzoni Rosa (obtained by pollination between Traminer and Trebbiano), very rare autochthonous wines that only Ca' di Rajo makes sparkling wine .
