Romantica

A jewel of technology.

Romantica's cellar is built on two floors. The upper floor houses the entire wine-making area. The grapes harvested in the vineyard adjacent to the cellar are carried out in small crates in the pressing area. The musts are immediately directed to the technological wine-making area where the new stainless steel tanks, controlled by a computer that manages the temperatures, house the musts destined for our Franciacorta bases.

The lower floor houses the entire refining area. Here the pupitres preserve the bottles on the lees of our Franciacorta Brut and Satèn, which will become the incredible Franciacorta di Romantica. The lower floor also houses the family's private cellar, where the most precious Franciacortas are kept. The Romantica barriques are also positioned at this level and the space that surrounds them leads to the tunnel connecting the winery and the Romantica farmhouse.
