The Carmignano Wine and Typical Prato Flavors Route was created to enhance the wines produced with passion by the wineries in the Carmignano area.

Later it expanded to include all the food and wine excellences of the municipalities of Prato, Montemurlo, Vaiano, Vernio and Cantagallo.
