The Muratori family has always been deeply rooted in the territory of Franciacorta and the Villa Crespia Estate gives concrete form to this bond and passion of the family to their land of origin. The Estate is located in Adro right on the border with the municipality of Erbusco and is therefore in the heart of historic Franciacorta.
Since its birth, Villa Crespia has always dedicated itself to the exclusive production of Franciacorta, with grapes from the family's own vineyards. The vineyards are located in each of the six vocational units of Franciacorta and each Franciacorta of Villa Crespia aims to be a witness and representation of a single viticultural landscape.
The Estate has always been distinguished by the choice to produce "zero dosage" and Blanc de noir wines in purity as well as a type of viticulture that has been defined as "symbiotic": feeding the vines with microbiological diversity (fungi and bacteria) so that they are more vigorous, healthier and also more resistant to disease. So that the grapes can be vinified by eliminating all types of adjuvant and additive.
