After a guided tour of the winery, you will be invited to discover the soul of our vineyards through a tasting of four distinct wines. Each wine is made from grapes grown in a different plot, and each reflects the identity of its origin: soil composition, altitude, exposure to the sun, and microclimate give life to it's unique interpretations.
The tasting is paired with a platter of local products, thoughtfully selected to complement and enhance the character of each wine.
Tasting of 4 selections:
• Vigna Fiorini Vermentino Maremma Toscana DOC

The Morellino di Scansano social winery was founded in 1992 by a small group of Tuscan Maremma winemakers with the aim of enhancing their products through promotion and protection. Today the consortium welcomes over 200 Morellino di Scansano winemakers, many of whom have put on the market this prized red wine which has acquired the highest recognition in 2007.
The historical production area of ??this recent DOCG includes the entire Municipality of Scansano and part of the Municipalities of Campagnatico, Grosseto, Magliano in Toscana, Manciano, Roccalbegna, Semproniano. The specification provides for the production based on Sangiovese grapes, integrated up to a maximum of 15% with grapes coming from black fruit vines such as the traditional Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Malvasia, Colorino, Alicante, Merlot, Cabernet, Syrah and other international blackberry vines.
In the last 10 years new plants have been created for wine production to increase the quality of the product and implement the facilities of the Morellino di Scansano winery. The Morellino di Scansano vinification system is the traditional one of the area. The promotion of wine and the territory remain the primary objectives of the Scansano social winery, as well as the control activities on the product to guarantee the quality and exact origin of the wine to the consumer.
