We are in Mezzomerico, completely surrounded by greenery and with a fantastic view of our vineyards. 

The underground section is dedicated to the processing of the products: here come the freshly picked grapes by hand and begin the various production operations. 

The clayey soil protects the structure on three sides, mitigating the temperature variations that the must fears in this first delicate phase and thus allowing a better refinement of the product.
