Our cellar
Agricultural tradition since the thirteenth century, the Ricci Curbastro family runs farm in Rontana di Brisighella (Ravenna), and the homonymous farm estate of Capriolo in Franciacorta (Brescia).
Of the 32 hectares of estate surface area, 27.5 (68 acres) are planted with vineyards according to the strict guidelines of modern viticulture and of the Consorzio Vini Franciacorta (Franciacorta Wine Consortium), of which the estate is member from its foundation.
In the secular park is located the underground WINER CELLAR, where the fermentation processes and the slow aging of Franciacorta DOCG take place. A mix of traditions and innovations for wines that are meant for the increasingly demanding tastes of consumers worldwide.
A family of agriculturalists in Franciacorta narrates its own universe: a farm estate and a wine cellar, a wine museum, an agritourism, and antiques from the Granaio Verde.

Una visita in cantina preceduta dalla visita al museo agricolo. Filippo Ricci Curbastro ci ha raccontato con grande precisione e passione la storia della cantina ed i processi produttivi. Una degustazione che includeva una riserva da 10 anni sui lieviti. Cosa non certo usuale nelle degustazioni!

Veramente brava la nostra guida, super professionale ma anche simpatica, cortese e gentile, linguaggio ricercato ma non eccessivamente, esperta nel suo ambito e nello spiegare le varie aree della tenuta. La tenuta è ben conservata, carino il museo agricolo, e anche le cantine. Buoni i vini che abbiamo provato

Una bellissima visita alla azienda agricola Ricci Curbastro in cui, dopo una spiegazione storica unita ad un tour della struttura, abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare 4 diversi tipi di Franciacorta.
Tutti diversi e assolutamente interessanti.
