TORRE SAN MARTINO AZ. AGR. - TORRE 1922

Torre San Martino is an organic winery located in Modigliana and has been producing wine for 20 years: their intent is to highlight the peculiarities of Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc coming from Modigliana with its unique natural characteristics.
The location is an ancient convent of 1561, recently acquired. 

The pride of the winery is the Sangiovese Vigna 1922. A true "Unicorn" vineyard for the Italian signature vine. Can you imagine tasting a Sangiovese from a 100 years old vineyard?
In the winery the philosophy is very simple: low intervention to be able to work the masterpieces that nature gives us in the most natural way possible; the organic certification for us is not a slogan, it is our way of living and working.
Our new enologist is the world-renowned scientist and researcher Donato Lanati. 
We also produce the Bio Dop extra virgin olive oil of Brisighella that has received the 3 Foglie award from Gambero Rosso.
