Ca' di Rajo

The itinerary includes a visit to the winery and the adjacent vineyard cultivated with the Bellussera system. A food and wine journey through a selection of 4 representative wines from our winery: the Prosecco DOCG Brut “Cuvée del Fondatore”, the sparkling Manzoni Rosa Extra Dry, a very rare native variety, the Sauvignon IGT Trevenezie, and the Raboso Piave DOC Sangue del Diavolo. The tasting will be accompanied by typical local products (cold cuts, cheeses, and breadsticks)*. The tasting offers a true sensory journey to discover a natural monument: the Bellussera, a cultivation system based on a radial system that develops about 3 meters above the ground, the visit to the Chiesetta del Carmine and the Torre di Rai, and the visit to the winery.
